What we collect
- Your name and mobile number, and your email if you give it.
- The service or plan you’re interested in, and your message.
- Anything you send us by email or WhatsApp.
Our contact form only prepares a message: nothing reaches us until you send it yourself. Please don’t send sensitive details such as health, financial or ID information.
How we use it
To reply to you, arrange your consultation, prepare quotes, deliver our services and meet our legal obligations. We never sell your information or send you marketing you didn’t ask for.
AI tools
We use AI tools to help draft replies, and only through business accounts that don’t use your information to train their models.
Cookies
No advertising or tracking cookies. Your language and light or dark mode choice are saved only in your own browser.
Who we share it with
Only the providers that help us run our business, such as email and hosting, and only so they can provide that service; or the authorities when the law requires it. WhatsApp, Google Maps and your email app have their own privacy policies.
Keeping it safe
We keep your information only as long as we need it to work with you or as the law requires, and we protect it with reasonable security measures. If a breach ever affects your information, we will handle it as Qatari law requires, including reporting it to the relevant authority.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing info@soudagency.com. These rights come from Qatar’s Law No. 13 of 2016 on the Protection of Personal Data Privacy.
